Having spent time in the field as a pharmaceutical sales representative, as well as in marketing at the national / global level, working in regional marketing just makes sense. I believe that with each new tactic, I am creating an opportunity for a sales rep to have a valuable conversation with his or her target physicians - one that is timely and applicable to the specific territory. The regional nature of the tools we create is reinforcement that the reps' efforts and success truly matter to the companies they represent — and because of that, I feel like my work here at HRM really matters.
